Pawel Klim - Production & Strategy Director

With a BSc in Mechanical Engineering, a Master's in Marketing and Foreign Trade, and 25+ years working in precision engineering, including defence and underwater technology, Pawel brings an unusually rigorous manufacturing standard to a startup. The ±0.1mm tolerance in the FAVO connection system isn't a marketing claim. It's Pawel's professional baseline.

He designs FAVO's in-house using CAD, and manufactures current production using 3D printing systems he operates himself (all intellectual property belongs to FAVO CS Ltd.). He also co-founded FAVO after a period of significant personal challenge, an experience that shaped his belief that good products and good values aren't in conflict.

Before FAVO, Pawel led a scouting group in Ireland for eight years, organising events for up to 2,400 participants on near-zero budgets. He received the Bronze Service Award from Scouting Ireland. The same instinct - deliver quality under constraint - drives how FAVO is built.

Monika Klim - Public Relations & HR Director

Monika holds a Master's in Social Prevention and Education from Warsaw University and brings 25+ years of experience across social work, community development, and communications - in Poland, Ireland, and Scotland. Her career has always centred on understanding what people actually need, and communicating in ways that build trust rather than just attention.

At FAVO, she leads brand storytelling, customer relationships, and everything that shapes how the brand is experienced. She also co-founded BooKKe, a consumer publishing brand, giving her direct experience in audience development and product positioning.

Krzysztof Klim - IT & Cyber Security Director

Krzysztof is the technical foundation that makes everything at FAVO run - the website, email infrastructure, graphic design, analytics, cybersecurity, and social media systems. He spent two years studying engineering at Heriot Watt University before choosing to pursue a more practical path, building the hands-on technical expertise that FAVO actually needs.

He manages FAVO's entire digital presence in-house, which means faster decisions, tighter security, and a system built specifically for how this business operates, not a generic agency template.

Krzysztof is also the reason the other two founders can focus on what they do best. He's the backbone that holds it together, quietly and reliably.

FAVO CS Ltd was incorporated in Edinburgh in October 2025.
All three founders hold equal equity and have invested personally from day one.
