Shipping policy

All FAVO products are made to order in Edinburgh, UK, and shipped via Royal Mail.

UK Delivery

We currently ship to UK addresses only. International shipping will be available later in 2026.

The FAVO F.1 Starter Set qualifies for free standard shipping regardless of the £60 threshold.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days. During busy periods, processing may take up to 7 working days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Packaging

All products fit within Royal Mail Small Parcel dimensions. We use minimal, recyclable packaging wherever possible, in line with our commitment to reducing waste.
