How to display your LEGO® collection

A modular wall display system that connects in seconds, reconfigures without tools, and expands whenever your collection does.

"The LEGO® set 200, known as the 'LEGO® Family', was released in 1974. That's how I remember LEGO® from my childhood." - Pawel

The problem every collector knows

Your collection grows faster than your shelving can handle. BILLY shelves run out of depth. KALLAX cubes fill up. Glass cabinets seal everything away. Custom cabinetry costs thousands and can’t move with you.

FAVO is the first display system designed from the ground up for LEGO® and collectible sets. It mounts to your wall, connects without tools, and expands one module at a time, so your display grows at the same pace as your collection.

MOUNT

Two screws. That's all.

Every FAVO wall display starts here. Take two Screw Slot modules (standard F.1 or F.2 modules with a precision-cut slot on the back wall) and mount them side by side using the two provided screws. That’s your anchor point.

The two modules give you horizontal alignment and anti-rotation stability. Every other module in your display connects to them through the standard FAVO connection system. No additional wall fixings. No expanding anchors. No specialist hardware.

A clip-in blank cap covers each screw from the front. Invisible. Clean. The engineering is behind the wall, not on display.

SNAP

Pick up. Click together.

Line up any two FAVO modules and push gently. The trapezoid slot guides them into position. The spring-loaded ball pins lock with a clean, satisfying click. No screws. No brackets. No Allen keys lost behind the sofa.

The connection mechanism holds with 7 Newtons of force - enough to keep everything firmly in place, gentle enough that you can separate and reconfigure by hand whenever you want.

PLATE

Clip in. Display.

Each FAVO module has a female slot on the inside bottom wall. The Base Plate clips into this slot and creates the surface your collection sits on. For LEGO®, that means a stud-compatible plate in the exact length you need.

Six Base Plate sizes are available from 37mm to 237mm. All six fit both F.1 and F.2 modules. Choose the length that matches your set. Small displays use shorter plates. Larger builds get longer ones. The two longest plates are reinforced with carbon fibre for structural rigidity under heavier sets.

Plates swap in seconds. No adhesive. No tools. Change your display, change your plates.

CONFIGURE

Arrange it your way.

Horizontal. Vertical. A cluster that follows the shape of your wall. FAVO modules connect on every side, so the layout is entirely yours. There’s no “correct” configuration, only the one that fits your collection and your space right now.

Mix F.1 and F.2 modules freely. The smaller F.1 is ideal for minifigures and compact sets. The larger F.2 gives room for the models that need to breathe. Both connect using the same mechanism, so they combine into one seamless display.

EXPAND

Collection grew? Add more. Done.

This is the part that makes FAVO different from everything else in your house. Your collection grows by 10,000 pieces this year? Order more modules. Click them onto your existing display. No replacing the whole system. No new holes in the wall. No starting over.

That’s what modular actually means. Not “we sell matching pieces”, but a system where every module you buy connects to every module you already own, and the display you build today is the foundation of the display you’ll have in five years.

Need something different? We design it.

The Base Plate is FAVO’s interface with the world beyond our system. The standard LEGO® range covers most collectors. But if your setup isn’t standard, we can design a Base Plate to your specification.

For collectors
Your collection isn’t only LEGO®. You display model trains, Warhammer miniatures, vinyl figures, or something we haven’t thought of yet. Tell us what you need to mount, and we’ll design an interface plate that holds it securely inside a FAVO module. Same precision. Same recycled material. Designed for your specific collection.

For institutions
Schools, museums, libraries, and retail spaces have display infrastructure that already exists. FAVO can integrate with it. We design custom Base Plates that interface with pegboard, slatwall, existing shelving systems, or any mounting surface you specify. If you’re exploring FAVO for institutional use, get in touch and we’ll design the interface to your requirements.

For ideas we haven’t had yet
Every custom design request teaches us something new about how people use display systems. The best custom solutions become standard products. Your request might become the next Base Plate in the FAVO range.
