Refund policy

Every FAVO product is made from 100% reclaimed post-production ABS plastic and designed to last 20 years. We stand behind the quality of everything we make, and when a product reaches the end of its life, we take it back.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible:

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Contact us at info@favocs.co.uk to arrange a return. We will provide instructions and a return address.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

UK 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason and without justification. The 14-day period begins the day after you receive your order. Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags and original packaging.

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us at info@favocs.co.uk stating your decision to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. We will refund the purchase price and the cost of standard outbound delivery within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect, provided we informed you of this before purchase.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@favocs.co.uk, ideally within 30 days. Please include a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days for a full refund. After 30 days but within 6 months, you are entitled to a repair or replacement; if neither is possible, you may be entitled to a refund. These are your statutory rights and nothing in this policy affects them.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the right item is to return what you have, then place a new order once your return is accepted.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@favocs.co.uk.

The FAVO Reuse Programme

Our products are made from reclaimed ABS plastic, and they can be reclaimed again. When your FAVO modules have reached the end of their useful life, whether that is in 5 years or 20, send them back to us. We will shred, re-process, and turn them into new FAVO products.

How It Works

Email info@favocs.co.uk with the subject line "FAVO Reuse" and let us know what you are sending back.
We will provide a return address and any specific instructions.
Post your used FAVO products to us (return postage at your cost).
We will reclaim the material and feed it back into production.

What Qualifies

Any FAVO module, extension, connector, or Base Plate — any colour, any condition.
Broken, scratched, faded, or simply no longer needed — all accepted.
Non-FAVO items or non-ABS materials cannot be accepted.

Why We Do This

FAVO products are designed for a closed material cycle: reclaimed ABS → your wall → reclaimed ABS → someone else's wall. Every module returned is material recovered rather than discarded. We believe designing a product means designing what happens at the end of its life too, and the FAVO Reuse Programme is how we put that into practice.
