We're not building a product.
We're building a system that gives back.

FAVO CS is a regenerative manufacturing company. We transform waste plastic into precision-engineered products, and when those products reach end of life, we take them back and make them again.

Our Vision

To leave our planet cleaner than we found it by transforming waste into opportunity through regenerative and circular innovation.

Sustainability asks: how can we do less harm? Regeneration asks: how can we actively restore and improve?

FAVO CS exists to answer that question through action. We don’t offset. We don’t compensate. We design products and systems that put recovered material back into use, create meaningful employment, and demonstrate that profitable manufacturing can heal rather than harm.

We are building for future generations; our children and grandchildren, and the world they will inherit.

Regeneration operates at three levels

Environmental Re-generation

Restoring, not reducing.

We are committed to actively restoring natural systems, not simply minimising our footprint. Through circular design, responsible material sourcing, and regenerative manufacturing, we contribute to environmental recovery, not just environmental maintenance.

Generational Re-generation

Thinking in decades, not quarters.

Our decisions are guided by a simple test: will this choice benefit the generation that comes after us? A 20-year product lifespan is not a marketing claim, it’s a design specification driven by generational responsibility. We build things that last because the alternative is waste.

Material Re-generation

Waste is a resource. We prove it.

We transform post-industrial waste plastic (material that would otherwise be discarded) into precision-engineered, functional products. And when those products eventually reach the end of their long life, we take them back, shred them, and make them again. The material never becomes waste. It becomes the next product.

Our Mission

To transform waste materials into valuable products and resources through regenerative system design, education, and regenerative manufacturing.

Three pillars support this mission.

Circular Product Design

Every FAVO product is designed for longevity, modularity, and end-of-life recovery. We use 100% reclaimed post-industrial ABS from our material partner Nobufil, manufactured to ±0.1mm precision. Our manufacturing evolves deliberately: 3D printing in Year 1 for rapid iteration, hybrid injection moulding in Year 2 for efficiency, and full industrial-scale production in Year 3, each stage reducing material waste and energy per unit.

Quality first

We collaborate with schools, universities, and community organisations to change how people think about waste. Not through lectures - through demonstration. Students collect plastic waste, watch it transform into a finished FAVO module, and understand that what they threw away last week could become the product they hold today. Our long-term goal: community material collection points and hands-on workshops that make circular thinking visible and tangible.

Customer care

We are building systems that recover waste from the environment and transform it into production-grade material. Our Return & Reuse programme reserves 10% of production costs from day one to fund the infrastructure that will close the loop; shredding, pelletising, and reintroducing returned modules into new production. By Year 3, we target 30–50% recovered material content across our product range. By Year 5, we aim for 70%.

Our Values - CS

Four values. Two letters. One purpose.

Our values spell CS - for Create your Space.
They guide every decision we make.

Connect

We believe meaningful connections create stronger businesses, healthier workplaces, and more resilient communities. At FAVO, connection operates on two levels: externally with partners, customers, and communities, and internally within our team. We build a workplace where every individual feels respected, supported, and able to contribute their best work.

Create

Creativity is at the heart of everything we do. We design products that empower people to shape their own environments and express their individuality. Internally, we cultivate experimentation, learning, and the freedom to explore new ideas. “Create your Space” is not just our tagline, it’s a principle we live by, for our customers and our team.

Share

Knowledge grows when it is shared. We encourage the open exchange of ideas, experiences, and skills between our team, partners, and the communities we work with. Through collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning, we create an environment where people develop and contribute to collective progress. Our educational programmes are an extension of this value.

Sustainably

Sustainability is the foundation, not the marketing. We design products for 20-year lifespans. We use reclaimed material. We build recovery infrastructure into our cost model from day one. Our commitment extends to generational stewardship, building practices and systems that endure and improve over decades, not just pass the next audit.

Why Now

Six reasons why this is the right moment.

1. Home has become the primary creative space.

Remote work has normalised home investment beyond furniture. Hobby rooms, display walls, and personal creative spaces are now permanent features of how people live, not temporary pandemic adjustments.

2. Hobby communities are enormous and growing.

TikTok’s #LEGO® hashtag has over 25 billion views. Reddit’s r/LEGO® has 1.5 million subscribers. These are not niche audiences. They are large, engaged communities actively searching for better display solutions.

3. The circular economy is becoming policy, not aspiration.

The EU Circular Economy Action Plan, the UK Environment Act 2021, and Scotland’s Zero Waste strategy are all creating structural incentives for businesses that design for material recovery. FAVO is built to operate within this framework from day one.

4. Adult hobby spending is at record levels.

Over 40% of LEGO®’s customers are now adults. Millennials and Gen X are spending significant disposable income on childhood passions. The UK hobby and collectibles market exceeds £3 billion annually.

5. No one owns the category yet.

There is no established brand offering modular, wall-mounted, recycled-material display systems designed specifically for collectors. The market is served by IKEA® hacks, generic shelving, and scattered Etsy sellers. The category is waiting for a purpose-built solution with a real brand behind it.

6. Direct-to-customer infrastructure is mature.

Shopify, reliable UK delivery networks, and social media marketing make it possible for a three-person startup to reach customers directly - without retail intermediaries, without wholesale margins, and with complete control over the brand experience.

Who This Serves

FAVO’s impact reaches four audiences.

For our customers

FAVO products are modular systems that empower people to organise and personalise their spaces in ways that reflect their creativity and values. Every purchase is an act of conscious consumption; a choice for durability, adaptability, and environmental responsibility.

For our communities

We partner with schools, local councils, and social enterprises to run educational programmes around material recovery and circular thinking. We create meaningful employment opportunities in manufacturing, operations, and community engagement. We demonstrate that profitable businesses can be anchored in environmental purpose.

For our team

We are building a workplace where meaningful work aligns with personal values. Our employees contribute not just to quarterly targets, but to environmental restoration and generational stewardship.

For future generations

We are leaving a cleaner planet, regenerated material systems, and a business model demonstrating that environmental restoration and economic success are complementary, not opposing forces.

Profitability is not the goal of FAVO CS.

Regeneration is.
But profitability is the engine that powers regeneration.
